
There are a lot of processes to go through to ensure that you get skilled reliable workers able to do the job you want them to do and ready to start when you want them. Our job is to make it as easy as possible for you by working through these important processes.
Trade certificates, experience and employment history are checked and confirmed as part of our overseas vetting process. If required overseas sourced workers are tested and assessed by their relevant government agencies in relation to their designated trade. The candidate is usually also checked by DIAC representatives in their country of origin.
Skilled workers undergo a full medical, including x-rays and drug tests, prior to their departure from their country of origin. They also answer a detailed medical questionnaire as part of out vetting process.
Skilled workers will have National Police Clearances confirmed by NBI, their countries Government Agency or other relevant agencies in their respective countries.
Registered Migration Consultants at EasyMigrate will check all visa documentation for speedy processing, and will ensure candidates are informed of their responsibilities and work conditions.
We can assist with interim accommodation upon the workers arrival in Australia.
Generally the employer will organise greencard, MARCSTA and first aid training if needed to qualify for positions in areas such as mine site and building site work. We can organise these courses on behalf of employers if required. We can also arrange additional training in such things as OSH requirements and Plant Operation in order to expand the usefulness of the skilled worker by qualifying them for additional positions.
We will inform the skilled workers on their local tax liabilities and responsibilities and assist them in obtaining relevant Tax File Numbers.
