We undertake full pre-screening of candidates in the Philippines and other countries including China, Vietnam and Dubai. This includes assessments, qualifications, health and police checks, reference checks and other related aspects based on your specifications and job descriptions.
Candidates sit an extensive questionnaire and are carefully interviewed by our recruiters. If you wish, you can suggest specific questions or areas you wish covered, or even participate in the interview process; we can arrange video or teleconference services to help this, should it be required.

They will also undertake appropriate training in such areas as Confidential Information, the Privacy Act and relevant legislation in Australia, as well as OSH, first aid and any other job-related training needs identified as important in their new position.
